Heavy Pixel makes and sells software. We have no interest in building profiles about you, selling your information, or tracking what you do across the internet.
We collect as little information as we reasonably can.
The Heavy Pixel website
We use Google Analytics on heavypixel.dev to understand basic things like how many people visit the site, which pages are popular, and what browsers and devices people use.
Google Analytics may collect information such as your approximate location, browser and device information, pages viewed, and session information. It may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visitors.
We don’t use this information for advertising, and we don’t use it to build individual profiles of visitors.

Purchases and licenses
We use Lemon Squeezy to sell our products and manage software licenses.
When you buy something from Heavy Pixel, the checkout and payment transaction is handled by Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and collects the information necessary to process your purchase, such as your name, email address, billing information, and payment details.
Heavy Pixel may receive information about your purchase that we need to provide the product, manage your license, or help you with support. This may include your name, email address, product purchased, order information, and license status.
We do not receive or store your full credit card information.

Our products
Heavy Pixel products, including WP Baseline, do not contain Heavy Pixel advertising, behavioral tracking, or usage analytics unless we explicitly tell you otherwise.
Some products may communicate with Lemon Squeezy or another licensing service to activate or verify a software license. Those requests contain only the information reasonably necessary to manage the license.
We don’t collect information about the content of your website through WP Baseline, and we don’t monitor how you use the plugin.
If a future Heavy Pixel product needs to collect additional information to provide a feature, we’ll explain that clearly.
Support
If you contact us for support, we’ll receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send us.
We use that information to answer your question, troubleshoot problems, and provide support. Please don’t send us sensitive information we don’t need.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers only when necessary to operate Heavy Pixel, process purchases, manage licenses, provide support, or comply with the law.
Our primary third-party services are currently Google Analytics and Lemon Squeezy.
Your information
If you have questions about information Heavy Pixel holds about you, or would like us to correct or delete it where applicable, contact us using the contact information on heavypixel.dev.
Some purchase information may need to be retained by Heavy Pixel, Lemon Squeezy, or our service providers for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, licensing, or other legal purposes.
Changes
If the way Heavy Pixel handles personal information materially changes, we’ll update this policy.
That’s it. We’d rather spend our time making software than collecting data about the people who use it.
